PLANNING BOARD MINUTES NOVEMBER 6, 1985 PAGE 2 <br /> eliminated. Regarding other changes, chairman stated no need to <br /> discuss them, as the plan will have to be revised. Mr. Doyle <br /> stated he had received letter from Town Health Agent, Mr. Dugan. <br /> Mr. Ferragamo remarked Health Department felt plan should be <br /> denied until problems on site are eliminated: that is, known spills <br /> of hazardous material located near wells being discussed. Mr. <br /> Doyle stated he had talked to Ms. Anderson who indicated nothing <br /> had come out of her office with regard to the Definitive Plan, and <br /> after tonight 's hearing she would put together a new record. Mr. <br /> Doyle stated with regard to hazardous waste, he has documentation <br /> for the DEQE. Mr. Rowley queried Mr. Doyle regarding several <br /> drainage, leaching pits that are lined up; whether or not he would <br /> be able to comply with setback requirements . Mr. Doyle agreed to <br /> check this out . <br /> Discussion regarding lining up road with road accross the street <br /> and Mr. Rowley stated they be lined up as much as they possibly could. <br /> Chairman moved on to Town Planner's comments . First, who would sell <br /> water to individual lots . Mr. Doyle stated a private company. Mr. <br /> Fudala stated that will be a concern of the Health Department. Mr. <br /> Dranetz stated the Health Department requested a private company <br /> provide the water. Chairman stated it should be included in the <br /> covenant at the appropriate time. Thirdly, the chairman stated Brick <br /> Yard Road must be shown on the map. Mr. Dranetz stated there were <br /> 30 acres of open spce; 26% upland. Regarding density of site, Mr. <br /> Rowley cannot evaluate plan until he receives more information per- <br /> taining to roads, ground water situation, and he must view site plan <br /> showing final and existing contours of land. Mr. rudala suggested a <br /> cul de sac. <br /> Representative of the Barnstable Agricultural Society stated that <br /> persons who might move into homes in subdivision should be aware of <br /> traffic impact the annual fair engenders; suggesting the Barnstable <br /> County Fair be included as abutter. Chairman stated road should be <br /> paved to Route 151, and he directed applicant to request an enlarge- <br /> ment for consideration of plan in writing . Public hearing continued <br /> to November 20, 1985 . <br />
