The Board of Health requires 3,000- gallon septic tanks for each 4-unit building instead of the 1500-gallon tanks proposed. Mr. Dubin stated that he felt that the road along the pond is too dense. Ms. Stone registered concern on traffic flaw, water level and the affect on Santuit Pond.
