The preliminaxy plan was submitted <br /> in March before town meeting changed the zoning. Therefore, Mr. Kirrane feels <br /> the parcel is protected under former zoning. Mr. Ferragamo stated that he felt <br /> it would lose it' s zoning protection because the land would have to be further <br /> subdivided. Mr. Dubin stated that they will get an opinion from Mr. Reardon. <br /> A copy of Mr. Reardon's letter, and it's response, will be sent to Mr. Kirrane. <br /> Mr. Rowley recommended that the fire chief see the position of the hydrant and <br /> that the road be paved from beginning to end. The Board of Health requires 3,000- <br /> gallon septic tanks for each 4-unit building instead of the 1500-gallon tanks <br /> proposed. Mr. Dubin stated that he felt that the road along the pond is too dense. <br /> Ms. Stone registered concern on traffic flaw, water level and the affect on <br /> Santuit Pond. It was decided to continue the hearing until the November 20 <br /> meeting, at which time the Board would like to see impact information. 15"he <br /> engineering revisions will be given to Mr. Rowley as soon as possible. <br /> Public Hearing (continued from September 26) <br /> De Soto Trust/Paul O'Connell III <br /> North of Red. Brook Road between Great Hay Road and Great Neck Road <br /> Definitive plan of 5-lot subdivision of 44.57 acres <br /> Mr. Dubin stated that because of the hurricane, he was delayed in getting the <br /> requested letter to Mr. Reardon; therefore, this hearing has been postponed until <br /> October 16. Mr. Nye gave Hr. Iudal.a revised plans responding to Mr. Rowley' s <br /> comments. <br /> Public Hearing (continued from September 26) <br /> Henry C. Dubin abstained and Mr. Jonas took the chair. <br /> M.r. John Umina requested an Extension until October 16. He wa3 asked to draft a <br /> note asking for the extension. The hearing was continued until October 16. <br /> Approval-Not-Required Plan: Melbourne €a Florine Cragwell <br /> Lovell' s Lane <br /> 3-lot A.N.R. plan <br /> Mr. Fudala said that Mr. Cragwell called earlier and asked to be taken off the <br /> agenda for this meeting. He didn't give a new date. <br />
