Ferragamo : Would you say its approximately 75% of the plan over <br /> the whole parcel? <br /> Mr . McGrath : Its still true if we moved the road and we did it <br /> separately, we would still get 15 lots - here ' s 12 lots . <br /> Mr . Ferragamo : I don' t doubt that . <br /> Mr . McGrath: Even if it is Approval Not Required - if we visualize it <br /> right now - I think - there is a house under construction now on <br /> Lot #14 . <br /> Mr . Jonas : Well - I think - Charlie - do you have any comments? <br /> Maybe before we - <br /> Mr . Jonas , as chairman, called for a vote as to the waiver of the 20 ' <br /> road to a 16 ' road . He , personally was apposed . Mr . Collins , Ms . <br /> Stone and Mr . Ferragamo all favored the 20 ' road . Mr . William Haney, <br /> Trustee , Ockway Bay Realty Trust, stated that he is building the house <br /> on Lot #14 and would prefer the 16 ' roadway for esthetic reasons . <br /> Mr . Larry Cadarelli , of Cartal Development Corp . , stated that he also <br /> favored the 16 ' road to avoid disturbing the terrain. <br /> Mr . Rowley commented that he had not completed his review of this plan . <br /> It was noted that the plan was submitted on May 25th and time would <br /> run out in one week. Mr . Rowley offered that he could be ready with his <br /> report for the August 7th meeting. Mr . McGrath, Mr . Haney and <br /> Mr . Cardarelli concurred that an extension of time to August 7th would <br /> be agreeable . Mr . JonaS moved to extend the Board ' s decision until <br /> August 7th; Ms . Stone seconded the motion and the Board voted unanimously <br /> in favor. <br /> Mr . Dubin then brought to Mr . Rowley' s attention the Otis/Atwood <br /> preliminary plan. Mr . Rowley suggested September 4th for a Public Hearing . <br /> The secetary was directed to send a notice to Baxter and Nye , and also <br /> to send copies of the public hearing notice to the abutters . <br /> Mr . Dubin abstained from the discussion with Mr . Rowley relative to <br /> Brynwood . Mr . Jonas chaired this portion of the meeting . Mr . Rowley <br /> said he would check the grading, etc . , and report to the Board . <br /> Mr . Dubin then brought to Mr . Rowley' s attention the preliminary plan <br /> on Holland Mill Estates . Mr . Rowley stated he would have his report <br /> on this project available for the September 4th meeting . Mr . Benway is <br /> to be notified on this date . <br />
