35 <br />Report of the Wire Inspeetor <br />To the Selectmen of the Town of Mashpee <br />Gentlemen: <br />I am pleased to submit my annual report for the year <br />ending December 31, 1961. <br />Electrical Inspections 153 <br />Service permits to the Cape & Vineyard Elec. ELLIOT LEWIS, <br />Inspector of Wires <br />Report of the Shellfish Warden <br />To the honorable Board of Selectmen: <br />I hereby submit, my report as Shellfish Warden for the <br />year ending December 31, 1961. <br />We had a poor year for scallops and quahogs. Clams are <br />coming back fairly well and oysters are still very scarce. The <br />Town purchased and we planted 437 bushels of quahogs in <br />Ockway Bay between Punk Horn Point to Daniel's Island <br />Point then to Pocknett's Point to Bearse's Field Point.
