83 (2) For the purposes of this Section F. V., a "dwelling unit" shall not include detached buildings on any lot utilized solely for non-paying guests of the person or persons occupy- ing the principle dwelling unit on the same lot, but it shall include each individual room or suite of rooms in any hotel or motel.
