83 <br />(2) For the purposes of this Section F. V., a "dwelling <br />unit" shall not include detached buildings on any lot utilized <br />solely for non-paying guests of the person or persons occupy- <br />ing the principle dwelling unit on the same lot, but it shall <br />include each individual room or suite of rooms in any hotel <br />or motel. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 25 for, none opposed. <br />Article 62. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate or take from available funds in the Treasury <br />the sum of $500.00 to extend and pave the Southerly road in <br />the cemetery towards the church and the Northerly road in <br />the middle of the cemetery with asphalt or take any other <br />action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to raise and appro- <br />priate the sum of $500:00 to extend and pave the Southerly <br />road in the cemetery towards the church and the. Northerly <br />road in the middle of the cemetery with :asphalt. Voted 22 <br />for, none opposed. <br />Article 63. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br />appropriate or take from available funds in the Treasury <br />the sum of $150.00 in addition to the sum voted in Article 53 <br />of the 1962 Warrant to complete the installation of a new well <br />and hand pump at the Old Indian Church Burial Grounds <br />or take other action thereon. <br />Action: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 30 for, none opposed. <br />Article 64. To see if the Town will vote to acquire by <br />Purchase or eminent domain the following parcels of land: <br />Land of Ada Jonas, Field's Point, Shields Warren; Hattie <br />Gleason, described as follows: <br />Starting at the Southeast corner of land of Ada Jonas <br />and Vineyard Sound thence Northerly along the Easterly <br />line of Ada Jonas to Sage Lot Creek, thence Westerly along <br />the Scutherly line of said Creek and Sage Lot Pond to Wa- <br />quoit Bay. Thence in a Southerly and Westerly course along <br />the Scutherly shore of Waquoit Bay to the Breakwater at the <br />
