To see if the Town will vote to amend the <br />zoning map and the zoning by-law of the Town of,Mashpee <br />by deleting F-1-1, and to amend Section F -1-2b_ by deleting <br />and inserting: <br />(b) Size of lots—No building, except one-story buildings of <br />accessory use, shall be erected on a lot less than one <br />hundred twenty-five (125) feet minimum average <br />width and minimum frontage of one hundred (100) <br />feet and containing not less than twelve thousand five <br />hundred (12,500) square feet, provided that one (1) <br />one -family dwelling and its accessory buildings may be <br />erected on any lot which at the time this by-law was <br />adopted is separately owned. <br />Action.: Motion made and seconded to accept article as <br />read. Voted 12 for, 158 opposed. <br />Article 21.
