The Board of Select- <br /> men assisted me in placing rules and regulations governing <br /> the control of herring. <br /> Poor conditions of the existing bogs around the river has <br /> contributed to a loss of many of our herrings. It is in the <br /> best interest of the Town, if the conditions of the flumes <br /> around the bogs were improved. <br /> I wish to express my appreciation to the.Board of Select- <br /> men, Health.Department, Police Department, various Depart- <br /> ments and citizens of the Town of Mashpee for their co- <br /> operation in the past year. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> WARREN M.
