59 <br /> Report of the Conservation Commission <br /> To the Honorable Board of Selectmen <br /> and Citizens of the Town of Mashpee <br /> During 1973 your Commission has held monthly meetings , <br /> on the third Thursday of the month and thirteen hearings <br /> under the Wetlands Protection Act. <br /> In conjunction with the hearings we have conducted on- <br /> site inspections and have had expert professional advice <br /> from local ecologists. <br /> To help buttress the state wetlands act we have submit- <br /> ted an article for town warrant. <br /> This year it is our hope to purchase land for conservation <br /> purposes.
