So voted. <br /> Article 51: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to <br /> convey to'the Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council, Inc., for the consid- <br /> eration of not more than$500.00 the land in South Mashpee as shown on the <br /> Assessors' Map 95-7 and more fully described at the Barnstable Registry of <br /> Deeds - Book 495-96. This Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council will <br /> use this as "common land" for Tribal purposes. <br /> ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 51 as follows: <br /> To move that the Town vote to authorize the Selectmen to convey to the Mashpee <br /> Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council, Inc., for the consideration of$500.00 the <br /> land in South Mashpee as shown on the Assessors' Map 95-7 and more fully <br /> described at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds Book 495 Page 96. This Mashpee <br /> i Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council would use this as "common land" for Tribal <br /> F purposes. The Tribal.Council will agree to a Covenant which would prohibit <br /> the sale or subdivision of this property. The deed shall contain a reverter <br /> clause providing that title to this land shall revert to the Town in the event of <br /> 62 , <br />
