i Article 45: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of$10,000. for a full-time Shellfish Warden or take any other action thereon. ACTION: No action. Article 46: To see if the Town will raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of Twenty-Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars for re- seeding quahogs and oysters, or take any other action thereon. ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to take from available funds the sum of Twenty-Five Hundred ($2,500.00) Dollars. A vote. Article 47: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of$3,900.00 to defray the cost of legal services from the Board of Appeals or take any other action thereon. ACTION: No action. Article 48: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of$5,000.00 to continue the title examination i of real estate of"unknown owners" or take any other action thereon. Article 49: To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate or take from available funds the sum of money for the conversion to "Data Processing" the Assessors' records for the billing of real estate and personal property tax list, or take any other action thereon. i ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded to amend Article 49 to read: To see if the Town will vote to transfer $3,508.11 from the interest on the Revenue Sharing Fund and to take from available funds the sum of$3,567.89 for the conversion to"Data Processing" the Assessors' records for the billing of real estate and personal property tax list or take any other action thereon. Article 51: To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to convey to'the Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council, Inc., for the consid- eration of not more than$500.00 the land in South Mashpee as shown on the Assessors' Map 95-7 and more fully described at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds - Book 495-96. This Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council will use this as "common land" for Tribal purposes. ACTION: Motion made and seconded to amend Article 51 as follows: To move that the Town vote to authorize the Selectmen to convey to the Mashpee Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council, Inc., for the consideration of$500.00 the land in South Mashpee as shown on the Assessors' Map 95-7 and more fully described at the Barnstable Registry of Deeds Book 495 Page 96. This Mashpee i Wampanoag Indian Tribal Council would use this as "common land" for Tribal F purposes. The Tribal.Council will agree to a Covenant which would prohibit the sale or subdivision of this property. The deed shall contain a reverter clause providing that title to this land shall revert to the Town in the event of 62 ,
