f SPECIAL TOWN MEETING DECEMBER 2, 1975 ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded that Article 10 be accepted as read. Motion carried. Article 11: To see if the Town will vote to appropriate from available funds in the Treasury to the School Department Budget the sum of$17,873.00 in order to provide a vocational educational program for Mashpee secondary stu- dents at Otis Air Force Base. Submitted by Mashpee School Committee. Recommended by the Finance Committee to provide a badly-needed vocational educational program for Mashpee secondary students. ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded that Article 11 be accepted as read. Motion carried. Article 12: To see if the Town of Mashpee will vote to transfer to the care and custody of the Conservation Commission, a certain parcel of land now owned by the Town of Mashpee, and further described on Lot 5, Map 94, of the Assessors' Maps and duly recorded at the Barnstable County Registry of Deeds, Book 609-Page 79 and Book 864-Page 491; containing 51.9 acres, the land to be used for Conservation and Recreation purposes. Submitted by the Conservation Commission. ACTION: Motion duly made and seconded that Article 12 be accepted as read. Motion moved and seconded to Table Article 12.
