To see if the Town will accept the layout of a <br /> Town Way in the South part of Mashpee known as Red Brook <br /> Road with the boundaries and measurements as recommended <br /> by the Selectmen under date of December 27, 1951 and as <br /> shown on plan sheets 1 and 2 titled Town of Mashpee, Plan <br /> of Red Brook Road, South Mashpee, as laid out by the Select- <br /> men, December 27, 1951. Scales: forty feet to an inch, Charles <br /> N. Savery, C.E., and will authorize and instruct the Selectmen <br /> to take by purchase or eminent domain in behalf of the Town, <br /> the lands or interest in lands within the lines of said layout <br /> for this purpose, or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Voted Unanimous. <br /> Article 9. To see if the Town will accept the layout of a <br /> Town way in the Central part of Mashpee known as Lake <br /> Avenue with the boundaries and measurements as recom- <br /> mended by the Selectmen under date of December 27, 1951 <br /> and as shown on a plan titled "Plan of Lake Avenue, for the <br /> Town of Mashpee, Scale: 1 inch equals 40 feet, December 27, <br /> 1951, Charles N. Savery, C.E." and will authorize and instruct <br /> the Selectmen to take by purchase or eminent domain in <br /> behalf of the Town, the lands or interests in the lands within <br /> the lines of said layout for this purpose, or take any other <br /> action thereon. <br /> Action: Voted Unanimous. <br /> Article 10. To see if the Town will vote to declare lot <br /> forty-six, as shown on a plan of Waquoit Park on file in the <br /> assessors' office, a public landing, and will authorize and <br /> instruct the Selectmen to take by purchase or eminent domain <br /> in behalf of the Town, the lands or interests in land within <br /> the sidelines of said lot, or take any action thereon. <br /> Action: Voted Unanimous. <br />
