73 Article 50. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $100.00 for acquiring by purchase or eminent domain the land necessary for the location of said road or Seconsett Island in this Town and accepted by the Town in the preceding article or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read. Vote: 57 for — none opposed. Article 51. To see if the Town will vote to authorize the Selectmen to lay out a section of road on Seconsett Island beginning at the Old Town Road, otherwise known as River- side Road, and the property of Austin Oliver and running north to Hamblin's Pond and will authorize the Selectmen to acquire by purchase or take by eminent domain the land necessary for the location of said road or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read. Vote: 52 for—none opposed. Article 52. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $100.00 for acquiring by purchase or by eminent domain the land necessary for the location of said road on Seconsett Island or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read. Vote: 56 for — none opposed. Article 53. To see if the Town will authorize the Select- men to lay out Mashpee Neck Road for a distance of about 1V Miles to the Cherry Tree, so called, and to provide a Town Landing at the Cherry Tree, and will authorize the Selectmen to acquire by purchase or take by eminent domain the land necessary for the location of said road (Mashpee Neck) and landing at the Cherry Tree or take any action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept article 53 as read. Vote: 62 for — none opposed.
