To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $100.00 for acquiring by purchase or <br /> eminent domain the land necessary for the location of said <br /> Mashpee Neck Road and Landing at the Cherry Tree or take <br /> any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> voted to accept the article as read. <br /> Vote: 57 for—none opposed. <br /> Article 55. To see if the Town will vote to accept the lay <br /> out of the Town way in the South part of Mashpee known as <br /> Red Brook Road with the boundaries and measurements as <br /> recommended by the Selectmen under date of Dec. 27, 1951 and <br /> Plan of Red Brook Road, South Mashpee, as laid out by the <br /> Selectmen December 27, 1951, scale 40 ft. to an inch, Charles <br /> N. Savery, C.E., and will authorize the Selectmen to take by <br /> purchase or by eminent domain in behalf of the Town the <br /> interests in land within the lines of said layout for this <br /> purpose or take any other action thereon. <br /> Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was <br /> 4#' voted to accept article 55 as read. <br /> Vote: 49 for — none opposed. <br /> Article 56. To see if the Town will vote to raise and <br /> appropriate the sum of $100.00 for acquiring by purchase or <br /> eminent domain the land necessary for the location of said <br /> Red Brook Road as layed out by the Selectmen and accepted <br /> by the Town in the preceeding article or take any other <br /> action thereon. <br /> Vote: 45 for — none opposed. <br /> Article 57. To see if the Town will accept the layout of <br /> a Town way in the central part of Mashpee known as Lake <br /> Avenue, with the boundaries and measurements as recom- <br /> mended by the Selectmen under the date of December 27, 1951 <br /> and as shown in the plan titled plan of Lake Avenue, for the <br /> Town of Mashpee, scale; 1 in. equals 40 ft.; December 27, 1951, <br /> 1 <br />
