Savery, C.E. and will authorize the Selectmen to take'by purchase or eminent domain in behalf of the town the lands or interests in lands within the lines of said layout for this purpose or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read. Vote: 44 for — none opposed. Article 58. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $100.00 for acquiring by purchase.or eminent domain the land necessary for the location of said Lake Avenue as layed out by the Selectmen and accepted by the town in the preceeding article or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept article 58 as read. Vote: 42 for — none opposed. Article 59. To see if the Town will vote to declare Lot 46, as shown on a plan of Waquoit Park on file in the Assessors' Office, a public landing and to authorize the Selectmen to take by purchase or eminent domain in behalf of the Town the lands or interests in lands within the side lines of said lot or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept the article as read. Vote: 35 for — none opposed. Article 60. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $100.00 for acquiring by purchase or by eminent domain the land necessary for the location of said lot 46 on Waquoit Park as accepted by the Town under the preceding article or take any other action thereon. Action: Upon motion duly made and seconded it was voted to accept Article 60 as read. Vote: Teller's count-39 for — none oposed. I i i
