The results enable the teacher to see how well our <br /> children do in comparison with others throughout the coun- <br /> try. Our teachers -make use of not only standardized tests <br /> but also other informal tests to assist them in evaluating their <br /> effectiveness in teaching and guiding .them in meeting the <br /> needs of the group from year to year. A cumulative record <br /> is made of these test results and a comparison of I. Q. and <br /> achievement is made to determine if each child is working <br /> up to his capacity.
