Minutes of Meeting of
Design Review Committee
Tuesday, February 16, 2021
Mashpee Town Hall Waquoit Meeting Room
Dave thought the sign could be mounted above the casing.
There were no more comments.
Joe made a motion that the committee accept the application to go with the
best possible option. Jonathan seconded. No further discussion. Jonathan
yes, Miles, yes, Joe, yes, and Dave, yes. The application passed as
presented.
Project Address: 30 Evergreen Circle
Business Name: Evergreen Energy, LLC
Owner/Agent: Evergreen Energy, LLC
Architect/Engineer: Cape and Islands Engineering, Inc.
Request: Existing one (1) 52 sq. ft. shed. Contractor yard use under
§174-25.G. (13) of the Zoning Bylaws.
Project Address: 41 Evergreen Circle
Business Name: Evergreen Energy, LLC
Owner/Agent: Evergreen Energy, LLC
Architect/Engineer: Cape and Islands Engineering, Inc.
Request: Contractor yard use under §174-25.G. (13) of the Zoning
Bylaws.
Raul Lizardi from Cape and Islands Engineering represented the applicant
who is proposing contractors yard use, and approval for the two lots located
at the end of the newly constructed Evergreen Circle off of Rte. 130.
These parcels known as 30 Evergreen and 41 Evergreen are under the
same management/ownership who owns a lot on Echo Road. Raul provided
a site plan depicting both lots noted at Lot 3 and Lot 8. He said that he
located the current development on the site. There's a few areas being used
for material storage, and there is currently some drainage on the back
corner of each lot that the owner installed. He provided mitigation for the
drainage to conform to the Town's regulations. Currently there is a
depression on both sites that collect runoff from the surface and leaching
pit. He said he depressed the area more to provide some grass and
vegetation for the runoff. They will be reshaping some of the stones in the
drainage area so it will filter most of the debris. There are no buildings being
proposed; this is just a use for material storage and a contractor's yard.
2
