Board of Selectmen <br />Minutes <br />September 27, 2021 <br />Discussion and Approval of Resignation/Appointments of the Following: <br />Resignation from the Sewer Commission Precinct 1 Representative (Term to Expire: June 30, 2024): <br />Bradford H. Pittsley: <br />The Board of Selectmen was in receipt of a Letter of Resignation from Bradford H. Pittsley from the <br />Sewer Commission as the Representative to Precinct 1. His term is due to expire on June 20, 2024. <br />Motion made by Selectman Gottlieb to accept the resignation of Bradford H. Pittsley from the <br />Sewer Commission sending a note of appreciation to Mr. Pittsley for his time and service. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Opposed, none <br />It was noted the Board of Selectmen is in receipt of a letter of interest from Meredith H. Harris to serve <br />on this committee as representative to Pricinct 3. It was agreed the communication would be forwarded <br />to the Sewer Commission for review and consideration. <br />Discussion and Approval of the following Special Event Applications/One DU Liquor Licenses: <br />Singing on the Commons — Sunday October 3 2021 3 PM - 5 PM, Mashpee Community Park Gazebo: <br />Buster Waters, Glory of God on Cape Cod: <br />The Board of Selectmen reviewed the Special Event Application of Buster Waters on behalf of Glory of <br />God on Cape Cod for a musical performance entitled Singing on the Commons. The applicant is <br />requesting to use the Community Park Gazebo for the event proposed to be held on Sunday, October 3, <br />2021 from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The performance consists of five musicians followed by a moment of <br />prayer. <br />Motion made by Selectman Cotton to approve the Special Event Application of the Glory of God <br />on Cape Cod as referenced. <br />Motion seconded by Selectman O'Hara. <br />VOTE: Unanimous. 5-0. <br />Roll Call Vote: <br />Selectman Sherman, yes Selectman Weeden, yes Selectman Gottlieb, yes <br />Selectman Cotton, yes Selectman O'Hara, yes Opposed, none <br />
