There was discussion <br /> about the walk-around, which would be posted as a full Planning Board Meeting. <br /> Mr. Mullin stated that he would be filing a complaint for an open meeting violation tomorrow. <br /> Chairman Waygan re-stated that she had contacted the Attorney General's office and requested that <br /> the Board Secretary take verbatim notes. <br /> Chairman waygan: "'To continue with my poir , I did to the Attorney General's office. I <br /> believe you raised a concern about a subcommittee meeting with a quorum of the ran Board. So I <br /> did talk to them.
