All members-were in favor - " <br /> 7:35 prn Board re-opened the South rt_public hearing. <br /> Attorney Mile Dunning, Ron B nv'ie and Les Tryn.an were present representing the applicant. <br /> Attorney funning explained the purpose of this pudic hearing is to seek approval of the revised <br /> final site development plans. He first prodded background ofthe project, dated back to when it <br /> received a special permit in 1985 for 750 units on 250 acres. That decision outlined the approval <br /> procedure: the ZBA approves the-master site,development plan'm' a "general manner" and <br /> detailed site development plan showing exact location is submitted for approval to the Planning <br /> Board. <br /> There are discrepancies between the site development plan and what was built: shifting of roads <br /> and building footprints were moored,pang. However, setbacks were.always maintained. <br /> Also constructed, which is not on any plans, are a retaining wall and pond. <br /> The applicant has been working with Tom F udala to set forth guidelines for going forward with <br /> the project and a joint memo, dated Oct 2, 2003 describes those guidelines. <br /> These plans were submitted to the ZBA and approved on 1 10 2003 and are now before-the <br /> planning board. . <br /> The Board reviewed the plans. Final site development plans consist of 17 pages. <br /> Ikon asked if there as the same number of parking spaces as on the-origimal plan? There are a.few <br /> more. The owners wanted additional parking. <br /> Tom noted that the front.page says there:are 189 existing.spaces and 200 were proposed.
