'Bonnie suggested an inspec ion upon completion of <br /> the regrading'. <br /> Mr. Row-ley suggested' the 'location of the basins be set <br /> with are elevation established for the rim -grade. once in <br /> place the area can be shaped and graded, taping the <br /> approach f cm the pond into consideration. Bonvie agreed to prov-ide a-s-built- plans and to a <br /> final inspection by Mr. Rowley' . <br /> The 'down Planner} asked if the lands caper mill be <br /> supe vis d. 1 . It was agreed the completion date is August 27'th <br /> (page of the checklist) "For the reconstruction of the <br /> man-made pore and landsc,apin.g shall be completed subject to <br /> ins'pection by the consulting Engineer. " <br /> The Town Planner noted landscaping for the entire <br /> project should be completed by theAugust 27tn date. He. <br /> them inquired if there is an exposed PVC liner at the edge <br /> f the pond. <br /> Mr. Bonvie explained a liner has been placed in-side <br /> the pond with a trench a-round the outside. The liner <br /> placed inside the trench is called a ley-, materials are <br /> placed on top, two to three inches of sand.
