The Assistant Town Planner raised the issue of -seed and loan which needs to be completed at Gold Leaf Lane. Mr. Quinn agreed to have this matter completed within 30-days . F The Chairman determined -that this is the only outstanding issue of concern raised by the Planning Staff . and that they are satisfied that all other requirements have been s-atisf-actorily met . She then entertained a motion. MOTION : Don Myers made a Motion to approve s igno f f for Phase II, Windchime Point, subject to completion of loan and seed on Gold Leaf Lane within thirty (30) days from today' s date (June 5t h) ; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal atrini and so voted unanimously. Discussion Item Casper Circle - LaCa-va The Chairman recognized John Slavinsky, Cape & Islands Engineering, who reminded the Board of a. prier discussion, regarding the possibility of entering Great Hay Road from Old Barnstable road or Lowell Road. Mr. Slavins y prov3ided a plan entitled, ".Locus Plan located in Mashpee, MA, prepared for AJL LaCa a Trust, dated April 30, 2004, by Cape & Islands Engineering" and "Roadway Intersection Detail . located in Mashpee, MA, prepared for Laura Realty Trust, dated May 3, 2004, Casper Circle., by Cape & Islands Engineering"'. References es were -being made to the detailed plan . : The Chairman recognized Alan Morris, 203 old Barnstable Road, 9 Casper Cirrole, Lot #Io on the plan, and invited him to the table to inspect the plan. Mr. Blavins-ley p ovided a further plan entitled, „Proposed Roadway Detail and Profile, located in Mashpee, MA, prepared for AJL LaCava Realty Trust, .dated April. 30, 2004 , by Cape & Islands Engineering." . Mr. Morris explained the logic of possible access from Lowell Road, noting the tremendous amount of linear footage. 1l
