Amendments : Add language requiring drainage calculations; strip;- out language when appropriate; language on sheet -7 - to be replaced by that suggested by the Consulting Engineer; delete mention of sidewalks pedestrri-an crossing sign-s on the site plan (not relevant) and adjustments to tree clearing -procedures. language to he consistent with the 1a guage in the Decision. There being no further Board or Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Lee Currey made a Motion- to- approve the Draft Decision as proposed by the Town Planner subject t amending Condition #.1 to include a requi-rement that drainage c lculat i n.s be submitted, revised language -be provided regarding strip out 1 - t. around leach-ing a ears; and an addition to Condition #12 that a,11 landscaping shall be completed as expeditiously as possible; and: approval to allow -some revisions to the text; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis alzarini and so voted unanimously.
