The Town Planner determined the 1999 plan referred to <br /> earlier was- not signed by the Planning Board; it does <br /> certify the location and dimensions of buildings, a-s built . <br /> . <br /> Said plan was -never approved by the Board; location of the <br /> post office was never approved by the Planning Board. <br /> The Chairman determined the Board would have t <br /> clarify whether or not the Planning Board ever approved <br /> location of the past office as claimed- by Mr. Bornstein. <br /> There being no public comment in this matter, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion to continue the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal a rini made a Motion to continue <br /> the- Public Hearing, Win c ime Point, Inc. , to October 20,, <br /> 2004 at 7 : 10 p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee <br /> Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> lillowbend County club, Inc. <br /> Between Willowbend Drive- and Simons Road <br /> Approval of Modification to Special Permit <br /> The Chairman read the Public Hearing notice, opened <br /> the Public Hearing, .and recognized Attorney McElhinney. <br /> Attorney McElh-inney introduced Mike Tucker, civil and <br /> Bite .Engineer and Bruce Besse,, Nice President f <br /> Willawbend. <br /> Attorney McElh-inney explained -the application before <br /> the Board is part of a Definitive Plan previously filed <br /> with the Board regarding Fin' Me Oot Road, consisting of 7- <br /> lots and was part of the original Willo bend plan. <br /> Applicant is proposing the use of the soccer field <br /> area for -lots, and the rei.nstatement of Fin' Me Oot Road. <br /> Making reference to a map, Attorney McElhinney <br /> indicated that portion of the road that is already paved, <br /> and that which ill -continue to -be paged. Where would be <br /> slight relocation of Simons Road (ancient way) in order to <br /> accommodate the lots, which would require Board of <br /> Selectmen approval. There would also be construction of <br /> two new tennis courts . <br />
