Mery Goldberg - Asked about the time frarn charge over <br /> for rail delivery. <br /> The 'Town Clerk replied the Post Office would deliver <br /> mail for at least one year. She also explained that she <br /> will mail a letter to each and every resident of their new <br /> address, including the Clerk' s seal, for verif-ication for <br /> resale purposes. <br /> Charlotte Warrick, Unit 52 - Asked if the address <br /> change would effect her deed to the property, a-nd if the <br /> effective data change could be November or December first, <br /> rather than in October in order to allow the residents <br /> additional time to notify contacts. <br /> The Town Clerk advised the speaker that her office <br /> will notify the TaxOff-ice, Post Office, and Veri on, as <br /> well a%s 911 . <br /> George Paul, Unit 14.., Stratford Ponds -- Asked about <br /> notification to the Registry of Deeds . <br /> The Town Clerk explained that said letter from her <br /> Office with the raised seal and her signature is a legal <br /> document and will be sufficient evidence in the event of <br /> the sale of the property. <br /> There being no further public comment the Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing . <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to close the Public <br /> Dearing in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by <br /> Lee Gurney and so voted unanimously. <br /> The Chairman them entertained a motion to adept the <br /> proposed street name changes for Stratford Ponds, noting <br /> the one exception being to change Bishop' s Point to Abbey <br /> Lane. <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Lotion to accept the <br /> proposed street name changes as presented with the <br /> exception of Bishop' s Point to- Abbey Lane; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Dennis Bal a ini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Definitive Plans <br /> C.
