There being no further Board or Public cornmen-t, the <br /> Chairman entertained a. motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to November 17, 2004 at <br /> : o p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee urney 'a d <br /> so voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Willowbend country Club, Inc. <br /> Test Side of Willowbend Drive <br /> Approval of -Lot Definitive Plan <br /> The appointed lour having arrived the -Chairman opened <br /> the Public Hearing noting Applicant' s request for a <br /> continuance to November 3, 2004 . She entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in this matter to November 3, 2004 at <br /> 7 : 45 p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve Dolan <br /> and so voted u animous l.y. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Lincoln Way Realty Trust <br /> Spring Meadow Subdivision <br /> Approval of Definitive Plan for Lot 3A and Lincoln Way <br /> The chairman recognized Mike Aucoin, AM Land <br /> Services, who requested Lincoln Way Road be developed. He <br /> explained that Lot 3A had previously been divided by an ANR <br /> plan, being classified as a non-buildable lot with <br /> inadequate road frontage. <br /> Mr. Aucoin informed the Board that both the Fire <br /> Department and Department of Public Works would prefer a <br /> 20-foot roadway width. <br /> References were being made to a plan of land entitled, <br /> "Definitive Subdivision Plan in Mas pee, MA, Barnstable <br /> County prepared for The Lincoln Way Realty Trust, dated <br /> August 2'7, 2004, AM Land Services". <br /> r. Aucoin informed the Board that the Fire Department <br /> would approve an adequately built "T" turn around, which i <br /> what the Applicant is proposing to the Board. <br />
