Fire Chief h'as stated concerns regarding a fence snow <br /> build-up and has suggested a one-way- into Deer Crossing <br /> only. <br /> The Chairman clarified the Planning Board does not <br /> have the authority/jurisdiction to determine the use of the <br /> property. <br /> There being. no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion to continue the Public <br /> Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing. in this ratter to Tuesday. January 25,, <br /> 2005 at . . ; which Motion was duly seconded by Steve <br /> Dolan and so voted unanimously, <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Lincoln way Realty Trust <br /> Spring Meadow Subdivision <br /> Approval of Definitive Plan for Lot 3A and Lincoln Way <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read <br /> the public hearing notice In-to the record and called the <br /> Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Chairman reviewed a memo from the Assistant Town <br /> Planner outlining the major issues of concern. <br /> Eric Smith reported Applicant has submitted a current <br /> set of plans entitled, ".Definitive subdivision Plan in <br /> 7ashpee, MA, Barnstable County, prepared for The Lincoln <br /> ]ay Realty Trust, by AM Land services, dated August 27, <br /> Zoo " . <br /> It appears that Applicant has addressed all <br /> outstanding issues. However, the Consulting Engineer has <br /> not had the opportunity to review said plan. <br /> Mr. Rowley has suggested a charge in language to read, <br /> "Lincoln way shall never b constructed to connect to Main <br /> Street with Route l 011 . <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Au of n who made a request <br /> for waiver regarding the turn-around regulation in favor of <br /> dead-end street . <br /> 6 <br />
