The Department of Public Works has expressed concern regarding snow removal issues, and road maintenance, of private way. The Fire Department also has a concern regarding emergency access in the event -snow build-up. The suggestion has been made that the property owner install an indoor sprinkler system. The road construction covenant remains outstanding. Applicant is working with the Town Clerk regarding assignment of addresses . . Aucoin tepotted all pavement and drainage concerns/issues with Mrs . Pet-ers have been resolved to her -sati-sfaction (.approximately 57-feet of runoff to her property has been eliminated) . There being no further Board or Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to extend the time required to file a Decision, at Applicant' s request, to February 28, 2005; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal atini and so voted unanimously. MOTION: Lee u rne.y made a Motion to continue the Public Hearing in this matter to January 25, 2005 at 7 : 0 p,m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted unan-imously.
