The Department of Public Works has expressed concern <br /> regarding snow removal issues, and road maintenance, of <br /> private way. The Fire Department also has a concern <br /> regarding emergency access in the event -snow build-up. <br /> The suggestion has been made that the property owner <br /> install an indoor sprinkler system. <br /> The road construction covenant remains outstanding. <br /> Applicant is working with the Town Clerk regarding <br /> assignment of addresses . <br /> . Aucoin tepotted all pavement and drainage <br /> concerns/issues with Mrs . Pet-ers have been resolved to her <br /> -sati-sfaction (.approximately 57-feet of runoff to her <br /> property has been eliminated) . <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Steve Dolan made a Motion to extend the time <br /> required to file a Decision, at Applicant' s request, to <br /> February 28, 2005; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis <br /> Bal atini and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Lee u rne.y made a Motion to continue the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter to January 25, 2005 at 7 : 0 <br /> p,m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Dennis Bal arini <br /> and so voted unan-imously. <br /> Final site Development Plan Modification <br /> Cape Southport Associa,tes, LLC <br /> Old Barnstable Road <br /> Signature of Modification to Final site Development Plan <br /> North Ridge and Bonwood Drive North <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Bonvie who requested a <br /> signature of the plan. <br /> The Town Planner reported Town Counsel has reviewed <br /> the attachment/re-lease. form submitted by the Planning Board <br /> and has determined the Board should impose some sort of <br /> definitive time line be included in the Decision as a <br /> Condition . <br /> There was -discussion regarding Condition #15, which <br /> currently reads-, "...Landscaping shall be completed as <br /> expeditiously as possible to minimize adverse impacts on <br />
