With regard to the traffic report, the Town Planner <br /> suggested impacts to the South Sandwich Load intersection <br /> and the lights at Route 10 be included. <br /> Public comment <br /> The chairman recognized zed Darrin McGinn, 12 Juniper <br /> Drive - Spokesperson for all of his neighbors, who reported <br /> the existence of a ]urge round of dirt approximately 40 ft. <br /> high, all of the trees have been removed, and road's have <br /> been paved. <br /> Mr. McGinn- expressed safety concerns regarding the <br /> entrance to the proposed project. He reported there have <br /> been numerous accidents on Junxper_ Drive/South Sandwich <br /> Road, stating people do not stop at South Sandwich Road. <br /> He stated his primary concern regarding this project is <br /> safety and the additional traffic that wi11 be created by <br /> the additional residential, commercial., and possible <br /> restaurant uses. <br /> The Board explained the proposed project is located on <br /> .and that is zoned for commercial u-se. <br /> Mr. McGinn requested Board consideration of these <br /> safety issues including the bus stop, proposed additional <br /> traffic light, and the creation of additional traffic <br /> impacts. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balarini made a Motion to continue <br /> the Public Hearing in thismatter -to April 6, 2005 at 7 : 1 <br /> p.m. ; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Andrew Conway - BSS Design - Nags Road <br /> Approval of Roadway Redesign <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plan Modification <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman called <br /> this Public Hearing to order and recognized Attorney Kevin <br /> Kirrane, representing the Applicant. <br /> 7 <br />
