Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Christopher Johnson <br /> Christopher Lane Forth of Quinaquisset Avenue <br /> Release of Performance Gua-rantee <br /> The gown Planner informed the Board that the <br /> Consulting Engineer has raised some issues and concerns as <br /> outlined in his letter dated June 1, 205 addressed to the <br /> Town -of Ma-shpee Planning Board regarding the matter of <br /> Christopher Lane Security Release. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to- retain <br /> security of the Performance Guarantee- hr-istopher Lane <br /> o'rth, until such time as Applicant can review and address <br /> those ratters outlined in Mr. Rowley' s letter dated June 1, <br /> 205; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and so <br /> voted unanimously. <br /> Board Items <br /> Request for May 4, 2005 Minutes <br /> The Town Planner explained a reques,t has been made- for <br /> the May 4, 2005- Planning Board Minutes. On that date the <br /> Planning Board voted against extending the DI processes <br /> for Mashpee Comm- ons and Mashpee Place. <br /> There was a Cape Cod Commission meeting regarding <br /> Mabpee Commons and it was noted there was no explanation <br /> provided in the Planning Board notification of said <br /> decision. The Ma-shpee Board of Selectmen and Town Manager <br /> voted in favor of extending the process . <br /> The Cape Cod Commission approved an eaten-sion for 0- <br /> days, to September 1, 2005 in order to review Planning <br /> Board opposition. <br /> A review/analysis is being made of the 1996 and 202 <br /> RPP Rules. Mashpee Commons is currently operating under the <br /> 1996 version agreement with the Commission. <br /> The Chairman commented upon her concern regarding the <br /> apparent frequent plan changes regarding Mashpee Commons, <br /> noting however that representatives have not appeared <br /> before the Planning Board in quite some time. She also <br /> expres-sed concern regarding the Mashpee Commons project <br /> being constructed under the umbrella of the 196 RPP Rules <br /> rather than the current 22 version. <br /> 5 <br />
