Both Dennis Balzarini and the Chairman agreed that <br /> there have been many i provements/knowledge since 1996 with <br /> ,respect t impacts such as wastewater, nitrogen loading, <br /> traffic, and development in general . It was noted that the <br /> Town would benefit immensely if the current RPP version <br /> were being applied to Mashpee Commons . <br /> It was the consensus of the Board to provide -a letter <br /> of explanation regardinc Planning Board di cussion at the <br /> May 4, 2005 and June I, 2005 meetings. <br /> Discussion and Request for Supplemental Funds <br /> From the Finance Committee <br /> The Town Planner explained the -Planning Board budget <br /> is over extended by $4 . 0. He suggested the Board vote <br /> for request for supplemental appropriation from the Finance <br /> Committee. <br /> MOTION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to request <br /> supplemental funds from the Finance Committee in the amount <br /> of $ , 500. 00; wh1ch Motion was duly seconded by Dennis <br /> Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion of Potential Zoning Articles <br /> For October Town Meeting <br /> Citizen Request - Prohibition on storage of <br /> construction equipmen-t and materials on residential land <br /> not under active construction r permitting. <br /> The Board instructed the Town Planner to draft an <br /> Article relating to the storage of construction equipment <br /> and materials addressing the issues- ,and concerns raised in <br /> this regard. <br /> Provision for "family compound" (more than l house on <br /> lot, for- use/ownership by immediate family members only) . <br /> The Town Planner commented on several lots within the <br /> Town that have sufficient acreage but not enough frontage <br /> to subdivide. The Affordable Housing element of the <br /> omprehens-ive Plan suggests establishment of family <br /> compounds which would allow more than one douse on the sane <br /> lot if awned by a member of the immediate family. He <br /> suggested a determina-ti-on from Town Counsel defining <br /> 6 <br />
