The Cape Cod Commission <br /> requires, when a nomination is made by other than the Beard <br /> of Selectmen, a statement from the Board of Selectmen <br /> regarding their position on the proposed nomination. <br /> There have been ongoing meetings with the Cape Cod <br /> Commission throughout the process and the Planning Board. <br /> The Corhmission has provided various suggestions to the. <br /> Board. <br /> There- being no further Public comment the Chairman <br /> took this opportunity to explain that the Planning Board <br /> would consider all information, as well as written and <br /> verbal comments received this evening in preparing the <br /> final nomination. When the final version is presented to <br /> the Cape Cod Comnnis ion they will provide a notice of <br /> receipt . At this point the permitting powers of the Town <br /> will be suspended and the Town will experience a full <br /> moratorium for a period of up to forty-fivre (4 days . <br /> During this period the Cape Cod Commission will decide <br /> whether or not to accept the nomination for consideration <br /> 1 <br />
