a <br /> Definitive Subdivision Plans <br /> Willo rbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> Simons Road between Fin Me Oot and Sampson's Bill.load <br /> Submission of Definitive Subdivision Plan Modification Merging Lots <br /> In Cranberry Ridge Subdivision and Redesigning Simons Road <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and entertained a motion be made to <br /> schedule a Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to schedule a Public Hearing in this <br /> matter for October 7, 200 9 at 7:1 o p.m which I lotion was duly seconded by Mary <br /> waygan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Approval Not Required Plans <br /> AI JKKT L..L C— Steven Giatrel[is <br /> Proposed Rhiannon`s Way off Route 130 <br /> Withdrawal of ANR Application Filed April 16, 2008 and Referred as DRI <br /> To Cape Cod Commission <br /> The Chainnan called this matter to order and entertained a motion to accept <br /> Applicant's request to withdraw. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion n to accept the withdrawal as <br /> requested by Applicant A JI I T LLC, also known as Mashpee woods; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by Mary waygan and so voted unanimously. <br /> Discussion <br /> Draft Comprehensive Plan Assessment Report for the Town of-Mahpee <br /> The Town Planner introduced the Assistant Town Planner, Bill Newton, who has <br /> been working on updates and revisions to the Comprehensive Plan. He explained that the <br /> original plan dates back to 1998 and that the Cape Cod Commission requires that plans <br /> be completely updated at ten-year intervals. <br /> He made reference to the Comprehensive Plan Assessment Report for the Town <br /> of Mashpee,.suggesting that the Town should assess current development, population <br /> growth and trends, as well as the undeveloped land in order to determine the current <br /> status of the.community. The plan should then be assessed for its previous successes and <br /> shortcomings with reference to policies and actions. <br /> The current plan contains well over o -policies. 1 -elements, and 0-actions. <br /> The plan has been narrowed dwAm to those elements relating to the physical development <br /> of the corn munitv. <br /> He suggested that the Major Issues as outlined on page - - of the report be <br /> discussed and addressed as this will be the basis for the update and moving forward. <br /> 8 <br />
