(Mr. Rowley rley arrived at the Meeting at this point, : o p.m. <br /> The Chairman reviewed the discussion for Nor. l owley's benefit explaining that <br /> Applicant has leveled the inside of the foundation area and has removed all construction <br /> materials. Applicant has suggested he block off the garage dour openings in order to <br /> contain the sand within the foundation, rather than loam and seed as is specified in the <br /> Special Permit Conditions. <br /> Mr. Rowley stated this suggestion had begin discussed and it could be Clone. <br /> However, upon review of the approved plans a notation was discovered indicating that in <br /> the event the second building.is not to be constructed right away that said area is to be <br /> temporarily loarned and seeded, which he expected to have been done. He deferred to the <br /> discretion of the Board as to their wishes. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested pressure treated timbers be installed across the openings in <br /> addition to the blocks to help protect the area from dirt and debris. He.also feels that the <br /> area should be cleaned up for aesthetic reasons would only benefit the project. <br /> Mr. Bornstein did not agree with the suggestion to include pressure treated <br /> timbers. <br /> Mr. Rowley agreed with the Town Planner suggestion that Applicant submit revised <br /> plans indicating what is being proposed for a gate and clean-up efforts; and to which the <br /> Applicant agreed. <br /> With regard to the landscaping issue, the Ton'Planner suggested he be notified <br /> when the replacement tree has been planted in order for him to certify the required <br /> landscaping.has been completed. <br /> (This matter concluded at 1 :3o p.m. <br /> Special Permit <br /> New Boston SP.
