The Town <br /> Planner reported that this is a long, dead-end street that is to be a gated connection with <br /> an emergency gravel road to the adjacent subdivision,Fox Hill. Said connection has <br /> never been completed. However, a portion of the gravel road is located on a paper- street <br /> (David way) within the adjacent development which Prime Properties does not control. <br /> This issue will have to be resolved, perhaps through Town Counsel, regarding access to <br /> ■ <br /> David Way. <br /> Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Arthur Pagani-149 and 221 Noisy Dole Load <br /> release of Load and Flood Covenants <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Attorney Benjamin <br /> Losordol, representing the Applicant. <br /> Attorney Losordo reminded the Board that the matter of drainage has yet to b <br /> resolved in this matter. NLk, Revised <br /> January 2, 2008, for Owner/Applicant Sarakumrnit Corp., by Canal Land Surveying &. <br /> Permitting Inc., Map 45, Parcels . 1, 45.62, & . ". <br /> Proposal for Lots 80 &. 81 <br /> Attorney Losordo spoke to the conditions of roof runoff`, stating that the proposed <br /> drainage swales will remain mostly natural. Undisturbed area will-remai.n undisturbed, <br /> subject to Conservation approval, as some of the area is located within the 1 oo-f . <br /> wetland line. Any construction area will be planted with grass groundcovers including <br /> inkberry, gooseberry, blueberries, and red cedar -ft. on center. <br /> Proposal for Dots 2 , 23A, and 24 <br /> Attorney Losordo pointed out that the proposed drainage swales are considerably <br /> larger than what is necessary due to the natural contours. <br /> Reference was then made to the"Planting Schedule" and "flant List~'and <br /> "Certificate of Release". <br /> 3 <br />
