All of the roads Within the subdivision have not been completed, however the <br /> Applicant has paid for the frontage of this lot to be improved for two other lots that have <br /> since been completed and sold. Currently eight lots-remain in the subdivision, six of <br /> which.are privately held, and two are held by the Town for Affordable Housing. A full <br /> covenant release is being.requested as the roads and drainage have been paid. <br /> The Town Planner stated a couple of pieces of the road are missing. There is a <br /> certain amount of security for Lots 23 and 48, one of which is for loann, seed, and <br /> bounding; security for the other lot is unclear. Cun-ently the road is unfinished between <br /> Fox Hill-and South Sandwich load. <br /> Mr. Rowley stated a fair amount of drainage construction has been completed on <br /> Fox Hill. <br /> There was some discussion regarding a solution to the completion of pavement <br /> at Silver Leaf oad Candle good Lane and the other remaining un inishe l roadways i ln <br /> this area. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested the Board direct him to make an inspection ofthe <br /> condition of the road at the location of the lot and report back to the Board with a current <br /> estimate aslo construction costs to finish off the.Candle good Dane section which is <br /> approximately 15 o-ft. He also suggested that Applicant's contractor contact him and <br /> prepare an itemized estimate <br />
