r <br /> L <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Attorney Benjamin <br /> Losordo, representing the Applicant. <br /> There was discussion regarding the existing gmdes as shown on the original plan. <br /> -Attorney Loordo requested the Board review the glans and reconsider the grades <br /> approved at a prior meeting o and . Applicant is requesting approval for 44 and 47 <br /> (with fill). <br /> The Board requested Applicant to submit%,a revised plan for their consideration for <br /> approval. Ir. Rowley explained to the Applicant that his engineer should present.a plan <br /> with a particular proposed elevation for Board review -and upon which the Board could <br /> base their decision/approval. <br /> Mr. Rowley further stated that he is more comfortable with seeing.no portion of <br /> the-structure below the finished grade due to the uncertainty of flooding issues in the <br /> area. <br /> It was determined that Applicant would submit a revised plan at the February 20, <br /> 2008 Planning Board Meeting. <br /> Performance Guarantee <br /> Gene Smith- 1 Conaumet Highlands-release of Performance Guarantee <br /> The Chai rm n cal led thi s matter to order and deterrn i ned that,Applicant was not <br /> present. <br /> Mr. Rowley reported that Applicant has provided him with a proposal from <br /> Liiri Landscaping with regard to construction for a portion of Candlewood Drive, as <br /> requested. <br /> Mr. Rowley will now make an inspection of the property and report back to the <br /> board at the next fleeting as to whether or not the amount estimated for construction is <br /> accurate and sufficient security. <br /> Discussion <br /> Willowend Development-Potential Simons Road Village Expansion <br /> The Chairman called this matter to order and recognized Attorney Jack <br /> licllhirney, representing the Applicant. Attorny 1icIlhirney introduced Bruce Besse, <br /> Landscape Architect. <br /> Attorney McIlhinney informed the Board that the Golf Course Facility has been <br /> sold to the Membership. Included in the as-seis are the -holes of golf, clubhouse <br /> building, fitness center, tennis and pool areas which are to be known as the New <br /> willo vbend Country Club. The Fireman Family will continue to manage This entity for a <br /> 10 <br />
