Additionally, Attorney Fitch promises to hold the <br /> Release from Form D Covenants until he has sufficient money to pay the balance of <br /> $11,700 to the Town of Mashpee. Documents are notarized. <br /> Chairman acknowledges Keith Moore,, of Stratford Ponds Condominium Association, <br /> TRte. 130, to discuss trail easement bond and the letters that were sent to.him on April <br /> 2th and July 2th regarding the work that he did and the subsequent inspection. He <br /> describes the maintenance improvements to Pine Grove trail markings and stumps. He <br /> mentions that there is rapid regrowth of the trees. + <br /> Dennis sags that he walked the site and got very confused and disoriented. He stated <br /> that the markings were poorly visible, sloppy, and too close together. Beverly mentioned + <br /> that she, too, had walked the trails and felt the same way. Mr. Moore conceded that the <br /> markers were not that great, but he goes onto to explain that he still feels they are <br /> effective and accurate markers. <br /> Discussion ensues regarding an alternate marking methods; the use of signs or <br /> wroodchips is mentioned. Mr. Moore also mentioned the seasonal tic problem and <br /> people's general dislike of the trails. <br />
