Page 10 of 11 <br /> Dennis asks what Mr. Moore intends to do. Mr. -Moore says he will cut the trees again <br /> and goes into-some detail about how he will maintain them by using chalnsaws and <br /> brush cutters. Torn says that the stumps were cut fairly high above the ground when he <br /> saw it. <br /> Jim suggests to Mr. Moore that "you do what you said-you were going to do." Beverly <br /> mentions concerns about the tree regrowth and brush. she offers some suggestions for <br /> cutting the trees back as close to the ground as possible. Jim suggested that Nor. Moore <br /> have some of his own people inspect it before the Planning Board is sent back out <br /> again. III'lr. Moore requests the bond back. His request is denied by the Board. Chairman <br /> says that the bond will stay put until there is a favorable re-check in the future. <br /> There is some discussion about grading and paring. <br /> Torn states his own personal complaint, as an abutter to the trails, that the construction <br /> is noisy and goes beyond the ordinary 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. work hours. <br /> (NO T : 1 do not re alf a notion being made at this point) <br /> Chairman states that the matter of Windchime Estates will be moved to the next <br /> meeting of September loth. <br /> In the matter of Child's Fiver Estates, Torn says that everything is all set on this. The <br /> work has been done, although he was unsure about a street sign. Torn says he doesn't <br /> have anything that came in, but he is almost certain that everything has been done. <br /> He goes onto mention several items that were not on the agenda. <br /> (NOTE: f did not het these items that he mentioned nor were they decipherable <br /> on the tape). <br /> Chairman recognizes John Ellis who brought "Plan of Land" visuals for EFI, Inc., <br /> regarding Sampson's Mill/Rte. 28, for the Board to review. After short review and <br /> discussion, them-was unanimous approval for the maps. A check was given to Torn <br /> Fudala for 100 by Mr. Ellis. <br /> Motion is made by Jim to sign, is seconded by tennis and carves unanimously. <br /> Discussion moves to a subdivision plan that was submitted to the Board. After the <br /> Board members review the plans, Chairman entertains a motion to submit the plans to <br /> the Cape Cod Commission. <br /> Motion is made by Beverly, stating that the Planning Board has received a subdivision <br /> plan from Shellback Way Fealty Trust dated August 30, 2000 and is submitting i -to the <br /> Cape Cod Commission. (lotion is seconded by Dennis, and carries unanimously. <br />
