He reads a letter from the Cape Cod Commission regarding septic <br /> systems and fluctuating groundwater. <br /> There is some discussion among the board. Chairman asks if there are any comment <br /> or questions.from either the public or the board. He then entertains a motion. <br /> Motion is made by Dennis to recommend Article 30 and change the average <br /> groundwater level from 4 ft. to 7 ft. Motion seconded by Jim and unanimously carried. <br /> Torn says he will run this change by the town council and see if it is legitimate. If not, we <br /> will have to male a change on the floor. <br /> Chairman moves onto next Article' # 1, which deals with reconstruction of historical <br /> structures. <br /> Torn explains how this article relates to the rebuilding-and reconstructing of historical <br /> sites.
