Mr. <br /> Kuchinski stated that per Mr. Rowley's letter, the preliminary plan for Shoestring Bay <br /> does not meet the minimum requirements: no abutters are shown on the plan, street <br /> names are incomplete, no dimensions are shown,no indication of stormwater ; <br /> management near curve on Shoestring Bay Rd.,required certification of topography is <br /> not dated or signed, design standards for curve in Shoestring Bay Rd. does not meet the <br /> requirement(without the cul-de-sac, it becomes a simple curve and must meet the 'µ <br /> minimum standards), plan is not stamped or signed by a Professional Engineer.
