The Town has not voted said <br /> tanks t be available for lease. <br /> The Chairman recognized Mike Crowe, Masipee resident, <br /> who stated his agreement and support of the tower being <br /> proposed by Applicant . <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment, the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION: Don Myers made a Lotion to close the Public <br /> Hearing in thismatter; which Motion was duly seconded b <br /> Richard Terry and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION: Don Dyers made a further Motion to approve <br /> the Special Permit for Industrial Communications & <br /> Electronics, Inc. as drafted, and subject to all <br /> amendments, especially those amendments discussed at this <br /> Meeting, and dated May 21, 200 ; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Dennis Bal arini and so voted unanimously. <br /> voting in the affirmative: Beverly 'Kane, Dennis <br /> Bal arini, Steve Dolan, Don. Myers, and Richard Terry. <br /> Non-agenda Item <br /> Dike Crowe - 15 Arabic Avenue - Road Construction Plan <br /> The Chairman recognized Mr. Crone, stating the <br /> Consulting Engineer, Mr. Rowley is not present at the <br /> Meeting this evening. <br /> Mr. Crowe male reference to the location of sales, <br /> noting Mr. Rowley' s previous statements/concerns regarding <br /> n obstruction to properties not owned by Mr. Crowe. <br /> The Chairman/Board indicated their concerns that Mr. <br /> Rowley is not present and therefore unable to speak to the <br /> issues being raised. <br /> Mr. Crewe was advised to reschedule the discussion of <br /> this matter to a date when Mr. Rowley would be present and <br /> prepared to address the matter with the Board. <br /> Public Hearing <br />
