Lacava(who owns property in Quashwt <br /> Valley): Mr. Baxter indicated that Section C is pretty much developed;the portion under <br /> discussion is Palmer Rd., which is not developed,but roughed out. Mr. Baxter came <br /> before the board to present new engineering plans upgrading drainage for part of Palmer <br /> Road(which was approved under 1975 regulations). Mr. Baxter left three(3) sets of <br /> drainage calculations with the board for Mr. Rowley to review and three(3)sets of the <br /> revised profile showing the location of the drainage structures and drainage easements, <br /> Mr. Dorgan asked if the only thing changed was the drainage profile? Mr. Baxter <br /> responded that yes,that was all that changed, layout is the same as 1975. Dr ' e <br /> �.g <br /> structures were found that were based on the old original profile that were installed as <br /> leaching catch basins which are not good for road based on rolled pavement. Those <br /> basins will be removed and new structures will be in place;they will not begin until Mr. '- <br /> Rowley has had a chance to review the plans. Mr. Creedon found more information on older plans; it appears there <br /> are or were two(2) sets of plans, one showing River Road public @a 35' wide,the other <br /> showing River Road as a town way @ 33' wide.
