r. Rowley suggested the septic system might have to <br /> be constructed as a riounded system in order to comply with <br /> the regulations . He also stated that t-he Board of Health <br /> would look to the mottle numbers, not, groundrater levels on <br /> any particular date. He also mentioned that Title <br /> requires a 5-ft . dimension for a new system, noting also <br /> that the -area may be restricted. <br /> Mr. Rowley them asked if the Applicant had been before <br /> the Conservation Commission with reference to the wetlands <br /> line. <br /> The Applicant responded, .,Ye , 1 have done to <br /> Conservation and they have...it has been flagged..." <br /> r. Rowley asked if the lines had been approved by the <br /> ons rvation Commission; to wh.ioh the Applicant responded, <br /> "Yes•' <br /> The Chairman repo nixed Mr. Taylor of Canal Survey, <br /> who informed the Board that flagging had been done at both <br /> locations and are noted on the: plans which have been <br /> informally presented to the Conservation Commission. <br /> However, there has been no formal filing with the <br /> Conservation Commission. Applicant is trying to establish <br /> that fact that the lot is not going to flood above the <br /> level of the ditch. <br /> r. Rowley suggested that because the lot is so tight, <br /> it would be beneficial to the Applicant to define the lime <br /> and obtain Conservation Commission approval of an <br /> established lime from which to work and calculate . <br /> The Town Planner indicated that he has a question on <br /> the status of the road covenant. The covenant information <br /> presented by the Applicant does not coincide with the <br /> Planning Department records . He has no recollection of any <br /> f the lots under discussion haying ever been released by <br /> the Planning Board.. <br /> Mr. Rowley then asked if there is construction. on this <br /> parse-1 of land and the area around the -house is raised up <br /> due to potential groundwater issues, would there b_e <br /> negative impacts on the surrounding ground dine to changes <br /> in grading and runo f-f pat-terns, causing flooding at some <br /> other portion of the land or into the street . <br /> 1 <br />
