} f <br /> The Chairman called this natter to order and recognized John Slavinsk . Cape <br /> Islands-Engineering, representing the Applicant. <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, :Plan of Land located in <br /> 1 ashpee, MA, prepared for Arthur Thurber and Mo Lin Siu, dated September 10, 2007, <br /> by Cape & Islands Engineering". <br /> Mr. Slavinsky explained these are to existing lots and that Mr. Thurber, owner <br /> of the larger parcel would like to change his driveway. A change in the lot lines would <br /> be required in order for hint to do so. This would involve an even transfer of land, 1, 9 <br /> sq. ff. <br /> After brief discussion, the Chairman entertained-a motion be mad in this matter. <br /> MOTION: Dennis 1 al arini made a Notion to sign the Plan dated September 10, <br /> 2007, as Approval Not Required; which Motion was duly seconded by-Thomas O'Hara <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> At this point the Chairman declared a recess. The September 19, 2007 Planning <br /> Board Meeting was reconvened at : o p.m. <br /> Board Items <br /> The Chairman made reference to a later of interest for the Planning Board <br /> Member-position from Oskar Heinrich Kl enert PE, dated September 10, 2007. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Five Zoning Articles for October 15. oo Town Thing �-Continued <br /> The Chairman called the Public Hearing,to order and addressed the following <br /> Articles: <br /> Article#1 7—Explanation: when new lots are created, they can not extend more <br /> than 30 feet across a zoning district boundary. This article would exempt"ov rlay" <br /> district-:boundaries from that requirement. <br /> MOTION: Dennis s 1 al arini made a Motion to recommend approval of Article <br /> 91 ; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimou l r. <br /> Article #1 —Explanation: This article would replace the current provision that <br /> "kennels" are only allowed in commercial and industrial zoning districts by special <br /> permit with separateprovisions for"Personal kennel" in any zoning district, (With such <br /> kennels including 5-9 dogs, as opposed to&&more than " as currently provided), subject <br /> to the staff-level Plan Review process, and other types f kernels-(using the definitions <br /> 10 <br />
