Cape <br /> Islands-Engineering, representing the Applicant. <br /> References were made to a plan of land entitled, :Plan of Land located in <br /> 1 ashpee, MA, prepared for Arthur Thurber and Mo Lin Siu, dated September 10, 2007, <br /> by Cape & Islands Engineering". <br /> Mr. Slavinsky explained these are to existing lots and that Mr. Thurber, owner <br /> of the larger parcel would like to change his driveway. A change in the lot lines would <br /> be required in order for hint to do so. This would involve an even transfer of land, 1, 9 <br /> sq. ff. <br /> After brief discussion, the Chairman entertained-a motion be mad in this matter. <br /> MOTION: Dennis 1 al arini made a Notion to sign the Plan dated September 10, <br /> 2007, as Approval Not Required; which Motion was duly seconded by-Thomas O'Hara <br /> and so voted unanimously. <br /> At this point the Chairman declared a recess.
