r currently the case.in Cl and C2 Commercial Districts. hotels, hotels,hostels and nursing hes are currently allowed in C3 zones and it appears that congregate care and assisted living were inadvertently left out of the petition article which created the C district because it was a resubmission of a-previous article written before the bylaw had specific provisions for those uses. The Board of Selectmen has recommended approval of this Article. The Chairman recognized Steve Mack, Mashpee Senior Dousing Development, who encouraged-the Planning Board to vote favorably in this matter in order for this Article to be placed on.the Town Meeting warrant. There being no comments or questions raised by the Board the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Dennis Balzan*ni made a Motion to recommend approval of Article 4.1 ; -hich Motion was duly seconded by Thomas 0"Hara and so voted unanimously. Board Members participating in the vote: Beverly Dane, Dennis l al arini, Thomas O'Hara and Harvey Cohen. The Chairman then entertained a motion to continue the Public Nearing in this matter to a time certain. MOTION: Dennis 1 al a.rini made a Motion to continue the Public Dearing, Zoning Articles for the October 1- , 2007 Town Meeting, to 8:15 p.m.; which Motion was duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. Public.Hearing Steven Giatrelis-588 Main Street Approval of Fire Lot.Definitive Subdivision Plan And Approval of Special Permit for Private Roadway through C 1 Commercial To I Industrial Plan The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notices into the record and called the Public Hearings to order. The Chairman recognized Attorney Kevin Kirrane. representing the Applicant in these matter. Attorney lirrane informed the Board that John Slavinsly, Cape & Islands Engineering was present and that he has addressed Mr. Rowley"ley"s concerns and has modified the plan. 4
