Mr. Eddy replied that they are tying into the existing curb cut for the initial phase. <br />This matter should be further discussed in terms of how the intersection is going to be <br />addressed. He predicted a. year build out for the initial 0-lots. Again, the tim fram <br />will -be market driven. <br />Mr. Rowley suggested Applicant provide a sketch plan of the intersection for the <br />proposed modification of the intersection for Planning Board review and consideration <br />for approval. <br />There being no further Board or Staff discussion the Chairman entertained a <br />motion to continue this matter. <br />MOTION: Dennis Bal ,arini made a Motion to continue the Public Hearing i <br />Ns matter to October 17, 2007 at 7:15 p.m.; which Motion. was duly seconded by <br />Thom' as O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br />Public Hearing <br />Dave Barry — Lori Lane <br />Approval of Definitive Subdivision Plan Modification/Road Design <br />The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice <br />into the record and called the Public hearing to order. <br />The Chairman recognized Ilan Ojala, Down Cape Engineering, representing the <br />Applicant. <br />Mr. Ojala provided the Board with revised plans shoring minor modifications as <br />discussed at the previous meeting. Plan of Land entitled, `Plan and Profile Indicating <br />Construction Improvements for # 10 Lori Lane, Mas pe , M., prepared for Dave Barry, <br />dated 1 07, by Down Cape Engineering, revised 10 0 071". <br />Mr. Djala made reference to the changes/improvements made to the northeast <br />corner and the west edge. He mentioned constraints with regard to the work limit lime <br />approved by the Conservation Commission. <br />References were made to the turning and drainage areas. Applicant is requesting <br />a waiver of the pavement requirements beyond the apron (that has been extended and has <br />its own drainage system). The houses on either side of the property have their own <br />driveways. This is a driveway for one house only. <br />Mr. Rowley asked about the —inch native stone. <br />Mr. Ojala described the material to be larger than pea stone so that it will not <br />become embedded in tire treads, but smaller than l '/2-inch. He feels it is a good mix and <br />a good wearing surface. It will actually be rolled in from the top of the T-base. <br />
