Charles Rowley comes out quite <br /> often to Southport, he is there every step of the way. He <br /> inspects driveways, base to driveways, roadways, drainage, <br /> street lights . He inspects virtually everything at <br /> Southport . He even looks at trees eery once and while. <br /> e is quite commonly at Southport, and we do pay his <br /> bills .
