The Town Planner responded he has not billed Southport <br /> at this point . The only billing submitted was for the <br /> reconstruction of the earlier parts of Phase I . <br /> Applicant has however been responsible for any billing <br /> submitted by the consulting Engineer for inspections made <br /> to the property. <br /> Mr. Bonvie stated, . Charles Rowley comes out quite <br /> often to Southport, he is there every step of the way. He <br /> inspects driveways, base to driveways, roadways, drainage, <br /> street lights . He inspects virtually everything at <br /> Southport . He even looks at trees eery once and while. <br /> e is quite commonly at Southport, and we do pay his <br /> bills . " <br /> The chairman clarified. that the citizens of Ma-shpee <br /> arm not responsible for- the payment of inspections made by <br /> the Consulting Engineer with regard to Southport . <br /> Mr. Bonvie, "I can only tell you that when a b.i ll, <br /> comes in for Charlie, and does come in quite commonly, we <br /> pay that bill . That was the understanding we had from the <br /> beginning. " <br /> Myrna Duey stated Mr. Bonvie has already addressed <br /> most of her concerns. She also stated her intent to male <br /> her own inspections of the tree situation in her capacity <br /> as a Planning Board member. <br /> The Chairman recognized Mary Mc Cormick, Southport <br /> Landscape Committee. She requested they be given some .time <br /> to world with the developer on certain issues and to <br /> postpone this disc scion until, such time as their proposal <br /> is re i sed. <br /> One concern of the committee is that there be some <br /> professional knowledge regarding the ability of those trees <br /> being preserved to survive. <br /> Lee Gurney asked about the -appointment- of the <br /> Landscape Committee. <br /> Ms . Mc cormic stated they are considered to be an <br /> advisory committee to Southport Homeowners Association. <br /> This is an open- committee, they are not appointed by the <br /> developer. They are members of the community who have an <br /> 10 <br />
