Mr. Bonvie- agreed, stating the arborist could provide this informatidn, that he is on staff and will be inspecting the project on a weekly ba-si's. The Chairman recognized Pauline -O' Leary, Chairman of the Landscape Committee, who stated her support for the. arborist . The arborist is willing to review the progress of the trees and examine the root systems so that they can be maintained (which has been lacking in the past) . Mr. Bonvie stated the arboris-t has also suggested root pruning in those areas where tree roots are exposed, in are attempt to sage the tree. Mr. Bonvie acknowledged rece-ipt of Mr. Rowley' comment letter, stating all of his concerns could be addressed easily. Mr, Bonvi-e requested Planning Board approval, subj ct to Mr. Rowley' s concerns. References were being- made to a Plan of Land entitled, "Southpo rt on Cape Cod, ondomi-iniu.m, Ma hpee-, MA, Site D velopmont Plan, Grading and Utility Plan for Units 1 - 1 3 P rt i e Drive, dated March lo, 200 ., by RIM Engineering. and "Southport, Portsi e Drive Landscaping Plan, dated April 3, 2006, by Hawk Design, Inc. " There being no further Board or Public comment the Chairman entertained a motion. MOTION: Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to accept the Design Site Plan dated March 10, 2006 and the Landscape Plan dated April 3, 2006, subject to sat i-s a ct ory compliance with Mr. Rowley' s concerns, especially those outlined in a letter dated April 5, 20 ; which Motion was duly seconded by Lee Gurney and -so- voted unanimously. (The Chairman signed copies of both the Site Plan and Landscaping Plan, with a notation that approval had been granted subject to Mr. Rowley' s review and recommendations as stated in his letter dated April 5, 200 .
