The Chairman called this matter to order and <br />recognized Joe Colasuonno, Project Manager. <br />Reference was made to a letter received from Mr. <br />Rowley, dated October 4, 2006, regarding Seaside Village, <br />New Seabu y, Shore Drive West. <br />Mr. Colasuonno informed the Board that he received a <br />fax message from Mr. RowlOy today.
