She appointed the Vice-Chairman to <br /> preside over this matter. <br /> The Nice-Chairman called this matter to order and <br /> looked to the Town Planner for information. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that there is <br /> Performance Guarantee in the amount of $20, 000 . 00 for <br /> completion of landscaping of Phase III at G indchime Point, <br /> which also includes completion of the Post Office and <br /> guardrail at the parking area. <br /> Mr. Don Curran 'has submitted a written acknowledgement <br /> that all landscape work has been satisfactorily completed. <br /> Ir. Bornstein has assured the Town Planner that the <br /> Consulting. Engineer has conducted an inspection of the Post <br /> Office and guardrail, to his satisfaction. <br /> There being no further Board comment or concern the <br /> Nice-Chairman entertained a -motion. <br /> MOT-ION: Lee Gurney made a Motion to release the <br /> Performance Guarantee in this matter in the amount of <br /> $20, 0 0 . 00, plus interest to the Applicant Holler <br /> Management-Windchime Point; which Motion was duly seconded <br /> by John Halachis and so voted unanimously. <br /> Board signatures to a document entitled, "Maspee <br /> Planning Board record of Subdivision Performance Guarantee <br /> Submitted -in Exchange for Release of Road Covenant" <br /> Dennis Bal arini, Lee Gurney, John Halachis, Myrna I ue , <br /> and Harvey Cohen. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Bayswater Development, LLC <br /> Seaside Village - Shore Drive Jest <br /> Modification of the Road Design for Seaside Subdivision <br /> The Chairman determined there was no one present t <br /> speak on this matter and deferred to the Torn Planner. <br /> The Town Planner informed the Board that there is no <br /> record that an application has been submitted. <br /> The chairman entertained a motion for continuance . <br /> 1 <br />
